GPS Advice - Speed Zones

Is there any device which tells you (voice not on screen) when you are entering a different speed zone. Eg going from a 40 MPH zone to 30 MPH?

A friend is asking who is probably not into downloading additional files from the internet, so it would need to be something with that as a standard feature when sold...................any help appreciated thanks

Not one that I would trust, road signs and speed limits change far more frequently than electronic maps - tell you friend to use the road signs and obey those rather than rely on a gadget containing out of date information - Mike

To add and agree with Mikes comments, i have set TTN7 to give a over speed voice warning but i cant say it is very usefull due to a lot of roads not having the neccesary speed associated and it would appear that an increasing use of short lower speed limits sections being used within longer higher speed sections of which some i wonder are simply speed traps.
