Are there problems with traffic subs????

Hi all,



Just come to check the tomtom before i use it in a couple of days and found that whenever i try and use the traffic service i get an error message stating the service isn't available in my area (yet). I've tried a few times but get the same error each time.

I then went on to the tomtom site and it looks like they've swapped things around a little as when i click on 'My Traffic' it wants to open TTH which then goes on to say i don't have traffic and to pay for a new subscription. In the 'My Orders' section of the website it shows my payment for the service in August this year!!!!

Is this just me or are there problems affecting more people etc.....

Try posting up some information about what hardware and software you are running. That will make it easyer for people to help you.

If it's a Go your running, tap 'Change Preferances' tap through to 'Show Version' or you can tap on the GPS signal strength bar, then tap where it says 'Version' usually followed by a number below.

Post up the information that's contained here (except your device code).

Before all that, try performing a search on the forums for 'Traffic Subscriptions' and see how you get on first.

All now sorted....... I tried connecting again today and the traffic now works ok..... Assume it must have been a server prob etc... last night.
