|
|
I have just bought the tomtom go 720 and it says in the paperwork that I can have updates for free for 30 days. However, when I use tomtom home and go to the maps update or camera update it says the cost is £19, if I commit to buy is there a box on the next page where I can put in the free code, instead of the money?? Thanks. |

What software version and map version is installed to the device? you can find this out by tapping the lower right corner of the screen followed by the box labelled version.
You only get a single map update to the latest version available in the first 30 days of ownership, but it doesn't always seem to work automatically like it should do! - Mike |

And you refer to a £19 camera update? That is our speed camera database subscription, nothing to do with TomTom! _________________ Darren Griffin |

Are you checking "Use Latest Map Guarantee" in the tools menu in HOME?If you're looking in "Add Maps" or "Update my Go" you won't be offered your free map update. _________________ TT Go Essential |
