Ive just got a new tt one as my Tmobile vario with navigator 5 died.
As I have a camera database subscription with PGPSW I would like to use this on my TT one. I have pressed the disable camera database on the device bu it still shows the camera locations on the map.
If i download your database onto the ttone will i have then two camera alerts for each camera?
So how do i delete fully the cameras on the tt one?
Also, I have just found out that I cannot make my own POI menus like I could on navigator 5. Is it possible to do this.
Many thanks. _________________ Tom Tom One Series 30 with TMC

You can run both databases at the same time to see which is best, although I feel you know the answer to this question!
To remove the TomTom database have a look at the FAQ page and one of the links (#13) provides details on removing the offending files, click Here for the FAQ Page.
As for a true Custom POI page on the newer One devices, you have to run a custom menu, the downside is this looses the MapShare and HelpMe functions, but if you want the full custom POI options there is no real option. Have a read through This Thread, the first post (towards the end) details running a custom menu to achieve what you want. Note the part about Itinerary Planning is not really applicable with version 8 Navcore software installed to the device as TomTom have removed this functionality from the software in total - Mike |

I have followed the instructions. i have managed to remove TTs cameras and installed PGPSW cameras and also the sounds
i have followed the instruction on making a nmu file and I need to put it in a folder named SdkRegistry onto my tt.
But it does not say where on the tt to put it. A fellow posted says to put it in the root directory. Is this connect and if it is where is this root directory on my device.
Thanks so far. _________________ Tom Tom One Series 30 with TMC

When you look at the contents of your unit using Explorer, you'll see a bunch of (named) folders and a bunch of loose files. you are looking at the root of the unit. Place the new folder there. _________________ David |
