navman f20 install poi problem

can anyone advise me please. i have a navman f20.I have installed speed cameras and poi in the past from another site with no problem, their files were in c.s.v format. i download files from here, which are a.s.c. i believe they are the same but when i try to install it does not reconise them. the box at the bottom of my box shows c.s.v which you can not change. i seem to be going round in circles. could anyone advise me i have followed the setup guide and doubled checked, but still i can't install. i am new to this, so i hope you can help. many thanks. You should be able to change the file type as explained in our install guide here:
