Dear all,

I would apprecicate if any one can help me. Of corse I have read though the other articles, but I did not find an answer to solfe my problem.

Today I received my Clip-on and until now I am trying to get the green LED for satelite log on working. Up to now it is only red.
I placed the device fully charged outside (clear view) for more than 1 houre, but no change. I switched between ST and XT but nothing changed.
I could connet it towards my iPaq 2210 but after 3 minutes the connection gets terminated.

Is this GPS receiver defect?

Looking for som help.

Sven

Hi Sven,

Make sure clip-on is in ST mode (some users have found it's difficult to change modes) and take battery out for a few minutes.

Re-insert battery and switch it back on. It shouldn't take anymore than two or three minutes to get a satellite fix.

Is the power OK? My boyfriend has found his clip-on to have a power problem. The right hand light (power) should be green, the middle light (satellite fix) should be green and when you connect via bluetooth your clip-on and PPC, the left light should flash blue.

If none of the above works then you may well have a defective unit.

Bo Peep.
