Hello,
Why in my POI files are there copyight gpsworld.com POIs. Is it just something you folks have added, or is it there because of something I have done.

| Be it at the end of a pier, Alcatraz island or wherever, it is the standard copywrite signature and is of no consequence. |

So from what you are saying there is not a camera etc at the lat / longs where the description says copyright ........

Yes, there is no camera. It's just a copyright marker. |

Otherwise known as a digital fingerprint, and no doubt there are others within the file too which are `duffs but confirm the author`.
The POI files have one at the tower of london, the scdb is at southend pier i think?
I wonder why they didnt choose weston super mare pier?

The one in the Gatso:30 category is a mile or two out to sea at Southend.
Feel free to investigate if there is really a camera there!
Basically, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THEM!

It used to be on Southend Pier, until a passing ship destroyed the end of the pier!  |
