Newbie Advice, TomTom, Garmin or Looket?.

Hi.

Am looking at buying my first sat nav now i have passed my car test so am in need for some advice.

I have been looking at the TomTom One XL and Garmin 255WT, But am trying to keep costs down. I wont be using my sat nav everyday, Maybe a few times a month tops. So i dont really wanna spend loads on one.

I saw a post on the Looket Sat Nav for £50. It seems to have good reviews
so am thinking of saving myself £100.

Whats other peoples views, Is it pay for what you get?.

The Looket is great. Excellent value. It's got the TeleAtlas maps (same as TomTom), and uses Sygic Drive software.
