Will the Qstarz BT-Q818 give a signal throuth bluetooth to a TomTom 910 which is out of view of the window screen, so I am able to hear spoken commands and safety cameras. Thanks,Mike.

No it won't do this at all, if you really need an external aerial for the GPS side of things for your 910 they are available, MCX connector style will plug in to the mount.
What are you trying to use the 910 in though, it has a decent receiver built in and seldom requires an external feeder - Mike

Hi Mike, I have a built in Sat/Nav in the car, and wanted to put the 910 out of site somwhere so I could hear the PGPS safety cameras, but then again there would be road instructions coming from two units "Hmm", not going to work me thinks. Thanks, Mike.

Just get a cabled external aerial which will connect to the car mount, these are available from a number of suppliers, something like This will fit your 910 dock, then route the cable out of sight - Mike
