Does the database work with this Sat Nav?

I'm looking to buy the above sat nav for a relative but does the database work on this sat nav. Are there any other similiar priced sat navs that would work with the database...

There's no mention I can see of being able to add "user POIs".
That's not to say it CAN'T add them, but they haven't mentioned it, so you might have to do some research.

But if you want to add any content like speed cam databases "user POI" ability is essential.
