Can't modify ppaths file in windows directory

Hi,

I have modified the ppath.txt file in my Windows directory to include other apps. However, after a hard reset, the original ppath file has appeared and now I can't modify it. It seems that all the files in this directory are now read only.

Any advice on how to change the properties such that I can again write the file?

I have a Mio C710 and use Mio Transfer Hack to access the files on my device

Although not helping you in the slightest (sorry) , I have the same setup and have no problems with ppath.txt. I have modified it and hard reset etc. I just have to reload my version after a hard reset.

Thanks, but in my case the hard reset has somehow changed the permissions of the Windows directory. I can't delete or rename any file in this directory.

I did go into the Windows CE mode and tried modifying the file properties by upchucking the read only check box but it failed too.

Any idea how I can modify the directory properties under windows CE?
