OK so ive managed to load on miomap 3.2 on to my 500, all runs smooth but its not connecting to my gps reciever so im not getting any signal?

I think its something to do with the sys.ini file but i dont know what settings to put into it?

Any help muchly appreciated

Jay

Do you not have a 'Detect' or 'Config' button on the satelite reception screen?
I believe that this depends on the skin.

I've just had another look at the sys.txt file that I thought that the details were in. But in my copy, there are no GPS port etc. details at all.
Perhaps someone else can help, as I've reached the end. Other vthan to get a skin that displays connection data. I would have thought that the version for PPC would have had this somewhere as you need it to connect. As you have found out. Confused
