Confused . com !!! Help

Thinking of buying a new head unit for the car with 7" touch screen.
Not sure which to go for though as i need sat nav.

Found 1 that suits that uses Nokia maps. Has anyone got any info on this? specifically, are they upgradeable easily, and can i add POI - camera's??

Alternativly, there are a lot on ebay that say yiou can add a GPS box, Any comments or advise on these would be good as i dont know a lot about them.
