On my 520 when I search for a road to will only go to it if it has house numbers,I get the mesage PLEASE WAIT.................., _________________ Square2024

The only problem I have had is when the sat nav just keeps recalculating the route !!!
A reset with the paper clip seems to sort the problem out |

Annoying to say the least, isn't it? Happens with navigate to POI as well for a lot of people. There's been a lot about it on this site, here for example http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=65383
As you will see, for some people, doing a pin insert reset solves the problem (until the next time). For others, it's just not worth having, so they are doing a reinstall of previous software.
Mine has mysteriously started to behave on both navigate to address and navigate to POI (I have made no changes that would have heralded this period of good behaviour) - but maybe I've just tempted fate again. |

my first upgrade was miserable nothing worked ,strangely on my 2nd upgrade everything is now fine and has been for a week now ,i have found the routing to be so much better too _________________ TomTom 5001 |
