TT720 Missing Street names

Hello

Despite loving my TT720 I am having many little issues, the latest one is the street names seem to have disapeared from the search engine.

For example. if i do NAVIGATE TO, ADDRESS, it will find the CITY.. but there are no streets listed at all.. same for spoken input.

Yet if i search on postcode it works fine. This was ok to start with. All I have done is added the PW POI and changed the icon.

Any ideas before i do a restore?

Before you start deleting things, try pressing and holding the re-set button down for 30 seconds.

There is a selection to navigate to Street and House number, as opposed to Postcode, City Centre. For spoken input, make sure you are using a computer voice.

Did the rest and it worked.. although things dont seem quite right. Either that or the map is pretty poor.

I search for my town and it then wont find my road. I tried my parents and the same thing, altho it did have some roads listed. I know both roads exist on the system so im not sure why that is...

I wonder how it happened (that the streets disapeared) perhaps the firmware update i did a few weeks back.

I love the TT720 but im having many little issues with it..

which firmware are you using ,you need to be on 7.221 the newer ones are
