Hi
I am running TTN6 on my HTC TyTnII. I have downloaded som POI files of camping aires in France to my desktop and e-mailed the OV2 and bmp files to my PDA then copied them to the "western europe" directory on my storage card where all the other POI's seem to be stored but when I go into TomTom they don't show up. I have been into the enable/disable POI's option and they don't show there either. Any pointers anyone? Is this because I did not transfer the files via active sync- I can't really see why that should make any difference? Lazy I know but it was much quicker to transfer the files by e-mail!

How many POI files have you got in the map folder?TTN6 has a limit of 100 any more categories than that and the device will not display the POI files for selection - Mike

Thanks for identifying the problem Mike- you are correct I have many more than 100. I currently have the map of the whole of western europe loaded. If I load the country maps separately can I then put 100 categories in each individual country's folder?
