French Campsite POI

Hi all
I'm looking for an up to date French Campsite POI (.ov2) Anyone got or know of one.
I downloaded one last year, it has 3909 campsites, but wondered if there was a newer one.

i use the pushpin set from www.jollyinteresting.co.uk
and they seem very good with very good details they can be displayed in autoroute and converted
