TT One V3 Camera Database

Could anyone point me to the instructions for downloading camera database to TT V3.I had the pages bookmarked on my old computer but have to start again with this one.I know it was different from th V2 as there is no memory card in V3 and there is a certain way of doing this,be blowed if I can find the revelent pages.

Number 4, don't forget to do a WINDOWS EXPLORER BACKUP, before you start, (Number 1), and you might want to add spoken warnings, number 5.
