speed cameras for pioneer?

Hi
does any one know how i can get speed cameras on my pioneer portible navigation and also in car navigation. i have a disc which i got from a friend which works in the car navigation and has updated with the cameras but its out of date by a fair bit.. does anyone know how i could maybe use this disc and modify the data using this database? ie re write and rename some files?? Please Help!!!!
