Any ideas as to what causes a speed camera warning which comes on before J10 of M4 when heading East, and stays on for several miles.

Additionally lower text on box instead of showing how many yards to next camera is showing speeds of 150mph+??

SAME HAPPENS west bound; I have posted image of what I see here.

I can't tell from the picture but does it indicate which camera is setting it off?

I have a mobile camera near me that continues to alert even when you've passed it or if you approach the road it's on from a side road and turn in the opposite direction to the cameras location it still alerts you for another half a mile or so....

Hard to see when driving, but lower speed reading changes, but all above 125mph, which I ain't doing on M4 in morning!!!

There are none on M/way at this point; specs cameras are around
Reading junctions. Laughing

I've loaded latest d/base Darren, but my unit still screams at me for miles after these cameras; is it possible there's something odd about way they're listed on GPS D/base??

I get the grief west and eastbound.

For example 1/2 mile before J11 Westbound, unit alarms correctly, then doesn't clear and stays on for 1.5 miles afterwards in alarm Crying or Very sad .

Again after the specs Westbound M4, about 1/2 mile before Reading Servs, which is indicated correctly UP to the SPECS (50mph), but as per image posted I get audible alarm/icon on display (from this specs as soon as I pass) for 7 miles after J 12!! Rolling Eyes

Many thanks Laughing
However, that seems to relate to metric/mph issue not
the fact that some specs cameras have odd effect when I drive past.
Mine reads in mph just fine.

think link should be

I wish the manufacturers would post a s/ware fix for this annoyance.

Going W Bound M4, from the specs just past Reading Services* the satnav stays in alarm mode, (missing the final specs (3rd of 3) at J12), and stays in that state when it finally clears at J13, 12 miles on Sad
Switching on and off between the junctions doesn't cure either.

I assume it's nothing odd on the database entry.

*Specs in question
SPECS:40794@50,
