Backing Up my IPAQ rx5935

Hi folks,

I have just joined this forum and could do with some help, please. My mate has a different IPAQ to mine but his has a facility that allows his to automatically do a back up at a set time every day.

Mine has Windows Mobile 5 on it but does not seem to have any option for a back up.

Is there anything I can download that will do this automatic back up for me?

Sorry to sound a bit dumb but I only bought it a few days ago.
