ive got the download for the satnav ive gone into the editer on smart st opened the file and got a whole heap of files now do i upload the first file or all of them or just the top one it has such ones as
51.51508 072182 copywrite
50.68306 -2.17787 GATSO;1@40
and so on it will take me forever to try and think of new file names for each one

Can you make it clear what unit you are trying to add the database to and which database you have?

Have you read through the instructions on This Page? - you do indeed need to load each category indivdually, but not each camera! - Mike

I have a navman icn530 and ime trying to put the speed cameras on to it as i said before ive got the download i know how to put it into my satnav when i go to put the file as in section 5 of the help guide i have about 40 different lines come up with latitude and all that now what i need to know is do i have to upload them all individually ie this is on line one

You only load the folders named :-
Gatso
Mobile
Pmobile
Redlight
Specs
Temp

You do not load the contents of each folder as seperate files.
