Need a SatNav/Handsfree/TMC

I am currently using a vehicle with in-built sat nav that has TMC and a BT phone connection but its going soon. I also use a TT1 V2 (as I need it for POI's).

Im thinking of getting a 520 or 720 or similar so I can use the handsfree feature as well as the TMC, as I find this quite usefull on the inbuilt sat nav that im using just now.

My Questions are:
What is the quality of the handsfree conversations on both sides?
Does it use an in-built speaker and Mic?
Is the new TMC reciever better than the original?
Any issues with the Nokia N95 8Gb version (I know there were many issues with the original N95 and BT but have experienced non with this so far)
