Nuvi 660FM + firmware update - Not enough room on disk

Just been asked by a friend, when they try and update their new Nuvi 660FM it reports something about "Not enough space on disk". They have the latest version of web-updater and it reports a new update is available but they can't get it installed.

Have suggested they ask here but thought it might be a quick answer.....

I'm no expert when it comes to Sat Nav's, but by chance could your mate have too many MP3's or Audio Books stored on the Device itself?


I have a SD Card that I keep all my Music etc on.
