ipaq 1940 bluetooth connection hanging problem

I have a IPAQ 1940, and when i connect to my fortuna clip on, it connects and works fine...but if i switch the ipaq off without switching the bluetooth connection off first then I cannot restart the ipaq without doing a soft reset. Is this a compatibility problem or a ipaq firmware issue or something else?

I had a similar problem with the 2210 where after having a BT connection I had to perform a soft reset next time I switched on plus other issues.

After installing the latest ROM update for the 2210 this issue has never occurred again.

If it is the same issue on the 1940 then there is a ROM update (6th April) available from the HP site which may fix the problem.

However, once you have applied the update you cannot go back.
