Im looking to get him one for xmas and have been looking at the tomtom one V3 but have just read that theres no expansion slot which put me off i have been looking at the navman S30 too is that any good. I only want to spend £130 max but im after full 8 digit post code and it needs to have an expansion slot and it would be good if it was easy to use as he can be a bit thick at times Laughing

any ideas?

Why is the SD card slot so important? have a read of This which details the device including a part about memory:
