Hi! This is such a useful forum! I am so glad to find it today!
I've purchased Median 210.
Trying to crack it and get the Windows on it, to put some other software. However as soon as I do the first steps - putting regedit and showtaskbar.exe to /startup, it goes wrong - GoPal logo appears, then the taskbar appears for 1-2 seconds and then GoPal starting menu goes on top of it.
How do I get the taskbar back on top of the GoPal programme?

On your pc Rename taskbar to Menu.exe.
Then on your medion in my flash disk rename the file menu.exe to xmenu.exe
Now copy the taskbar file you renamed on your pc to my flash disk on the medion it will now boot up to your desktop |

The problem is - I don't have "menu.exe" file in flash disk.
What should I do. |

your flash disk looks like it is missing some files maybe there in the navagation folder, my medion 210 has this http://my.inbox.com/photos/gary/index.aspx
Look at cap1. on mine it has menu.exe cleanfalsh.exe and menuproxy.exe

| Cant send you these files as they are copywright. i see you have the original install folder this should install everthing you need |

| I have sent you a pm. the menu file just boots to the startup screen and menu, so you cant access it. by changing the menu file you can get the desk top |

| yes he has a second hand Medion210 which had the older version of the Medion 210 & Gopal on it v1.1. This has a different file structure than the newer ones. To do the mods on here you need an updated version. Like he now has |
