POI registration

Greetings all, a little help if you please.

I went onto the www.navigating.de website today and coughed up a few euros and registered, but do you think I can get the new reg id to be recognised? Can I bullocks!

Am I supposed to have used the downloaded version of POI off the website? I used the version which came with the software I'm using.

You have to download the correct version of the software from the site and install it to your pc, (you can download the software for free, but it wont work until you buy the registration code.) then it will ask for your device and install the software onto it, when it's finished it will ask for the registration code,
