cannot install tomtom safety cams

I am trying to install safety camera info on to my TomTom One XL. I have downloaded it fine but when i try yo install it i get the following error message:

Cannot install this item Safety Cameras UK TomTom (safety cam uk tomtom): This file is included with the item but should not be there: Safety_Cam_Uk_TomTom.ov2.dct

Has anyone else had this? what should i do?
