Not possible to submit email question to GArmin

Has anyone succeeded in using the Garmin email form to submit a question? As soon as I fill in the description field I get a list of possible solutions. If I click on one and say it did not solve my question I get another form with the description that I typed gone. As soon as I type a description I get a list again and so on and so on. Mad

I had the same problem, but after two- three weeks I had a reply to my question. I replied to the answer and I was shocked to recieve another reply within the hour Shocked

I had to create a login to be able to send the question. Once I was in the logged in area, I checked with my outstanding questions, my question didn't appear, so I thought it didn't get sent as there was no record of it.

Give it a couple of weeks if you can as it seems to be a bit of a hit or miss service Rolling Eyes

I am going thru a very slow email and reply process with Garmin.
They are slow to answer and appear to me to just want to get you
off their back.
I am trying to claim the 'free update' to the USA Maps on my new Nuvi 270.
Sounds simply but their last email asked....
If you have a mugarmin account can you send me the details so I can

.....but it was already there, lower down in one of the copied earlier emails.
He just couldn't be bothered looking.
Note his typo 'mugarmin'..... so that's what they call us.
