TomTom 6 Navigator compatability with O2 XDA 2i

Hi folks - does anyone know if TomTom Navigator 6 software can be used on an XDA 2i device - it is not listed on the TomTom compatibility list but this does not mean it will not work?

Can't answer your query specifically but i managed to get it to run in my iPAQ 3850 running Windows CE 3.0, by fooling it into thinking TT6 was written for CE 3.0 - used the 'executibility check' programme thats available free on the net.

You may have a similar issue with Windows version

Thats true. You need WM2003SE as a minimum

the xda2i should handle tt6 with out a problem as it runs wm2003se I think from memory that its only ppc2002 that was not usable as the 2210 will run it and that uses wm 2003

I have an XDA 2i, and am running TT6 without any problems on a 1GB SD card in the slot.

So far (over 6 months), no problems at all
