Hi

I have a tomtom go 300 and I now live in germany, I was just wondering which database I need to download for it, does anyone know? I have just subscribed for one month with 1 free download so I dont want to download the wrong one...

Welcome to the forum, if it is the database from this site you are trying to download you can download it as many times as you want and therefore try the various formats and file breakdown within your one month subscription period. There is no limit as to the number of downloads.

Try the TomTom ov2 for the sat nav system and the file type will be any one of the EUR file options depending on which one you want to use:

Single file all the cameras lumped into a single file
Consolidated by type, five categories Red Light, Specs, Mobile, Gatso and Temp
Speed Zoned where the files are further broken down to be offered with both the camera type and speed known, this offers the best in way of information to the user but can take a little longer to set-up.

If you want a set of spoken alerts ogg file format (in English) to go with the Euro database just ask and can e-mail them to you, they are not listed on the site yet - Mike
