Tomtom back in for repair

Just had to send my TomTom 510 back in for repair as it won't turn on and the reset pin slot won't work anymore.

What are my chances if they can't fix it that they'll send me a new TomTom 520 or will they just send me a refurbed 510 or a new 510 (if they still make them)
