TomTom 720 PLUS services problems

Dont know if anyone else has come across this recieved my new 720 yesterday which was an upgrade from my old GO300. went onto the tomtom website and logged in and changed my device from the go300 to the go720 all seems fine . problem I am finding now is if I try nd use the traffic on the 720 I get a message saying : This content is protected for excluse use on another device. and thats as far as I can get with it.

Anyone else experienced this ?

You have to go through TT's website (ask a question) to get it changed. Believe me it is a long drawn out process. Good luck.

well that was a right pain to try and get sorted. In the end I just gave up and opted to create a new account ..... Laughing Out Loud
