Which Bluetooth receiver ?

I have a palm one zire 31 gps system that has a wired GPS receiver..
could I use a bluetooth receiver instead and if so Which one..

any sirf3 receiver will be as good as the next sirf3 one so id go with best battery life first and design last

I don't know if your Palm will work with a Bluetooth receiver, but if it does I can recommend the Qstarz BT-Q818:
