TomTom One Europe Crashing PC!

HI. I have a TT One Europe, which I'm really pleased with. Just updated to the new version of TT home. However I'm now not able to update my TT without the PC crashing (Gives me the full blue screen of death!)

I took it back to Currys and it crashed their PC in the same way! They tried to re install the sofeware with the help of the TomTom helpline, however still crashes the PC when you try to update the TT with Home!

Any suggestions?? - TomTom have suggested it's a problem with Windows on my PC, I could accept this maybe if it were just my PC - but not Currys PC too!

Delete TomTom Home from the PC then download and install it again, hopefully this time it should work - Mike

Has to be a faulty unit. Get Currys to replace it
