Rider & OS Grid references?

I frequently have to visit country locations, for which I am only given an Ordnance Survey grid reference e.g. NT123456. To get there with my Rider, I have to look up the OS map, try to find a named place nearby then use that as a destination. Is there any way to put in grid references directly? Or a better workaround?
