Audio out

Since updating topmtom 910 to the firmware when new FM mount came out,the audio out socket won't work.Ive tried headphones and my ebay transmitter but no sound out

I also tried the normal none FM Mount But no sound out either!!

Is there a setting i have clicked in the tomotom settings on screen

It should work fine with the audio out, can you try the following:
Change Preferences/ Speaker Preferences, answer No to the question about using the FM transmitter mount, then make sure that both of the following are ticked:

Play music over external speaker
and
Play spoken instructions ov external speaker

Check for sound using your headphones. If that is working put the device back on the FM Transmitter mount go to change preferences/ speaker preferences answer Yes to the Use FM Transmitter question, set a fequency and tune the radio in to listen to it - Mike
