Bought V9 Unlock Code,Error "can't unlock maps" on

Hi,

This evening I bought an unlock code from Garmin via their website for V9. I have a Nuvi 300.

I can see the maps ok in mapsource and it seems as if mapsource thinks it has unlocked ok. However, when I highlight the UK and send it to my nuvi, the nuvi gives error can't unlock maps when booting and reverts to v8.

Any ideas?
