frozen go 500

can anyone help not sure if im in right forum,

got tomtom go500

when i switch on it goes through the seqence of starting language time etc when it gets to select voice i can test voice but then it freezes anyone got any ideas what the problem might be.

your help appreciated

Have you added anything to it? Or deleted anything from it?

Have you done a Full Backup? Can you restore from the Backup?

Which version software are you using?

A lot of questions but it does help with the replies.
