I have installed on my N80 TomTom Navigator 6.010
I have at the moment 4 maps installed...(All work fine)
However, upon starting TT6, every time...I get the Legal Notice, then, a Please Note: This application will make use of the following features of your phone.
Bluetooth to connect to a GPS device.
Making phone calls.
Making a connection to the internet(wireless data connection)
Reading existing information from your contacts database.
Show this information in future?
Yes No
If I select No, it still asks every time I use TT6....Any ideas on how to stop this ?
Then I get a Select A Map...Screen, showing the Maps installed.
TT5 used to default to your last Map used.
Any ideas on how to stop these 2 screens appearing every time I use TT6
Thanks for taking the time to read this post. |

Which maps are you using as the American maps have a nag screen everytime you start TTN6 up due to Fedral Law. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |

only suggestion would be to do a full re-install.
I clicked no and I've never seen it again |

I think it creates a file called CurrentMap.dat and I'm assuming this stores the details of the current map your using. It's only 32 bytes on my phone.
Perhaps there is some sort of problem writing this file to your memory card. Have you write protected your memory card?
If nothing else works try just installing 1 map then running it for a bit and then install the other maps later.
n.b I'm got an N73 not an N80 |

When only 1 map is installed it just goes directly to it without asking. |

As I have stated before, I have 3 maps installed and I never get the selection of Maps Screen at the start. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |
