Is there any way to set the One up without putting in a destination? Soemtimes we just want to take a drive and explore the back roads.

Thanks in advance.

In case you already have a route in the system, which will stay there until you plan another, go to the second menu page and clear the existing route before you set off. It will then display your current position on a moving map

And if you don't tick the "Warn on Route" box when you are setting up your speed cameras, you'll still get camera warnings. Just be aware that in this situation the cameras may be on adjacent roads, and not the one you are using, so you get a few false alarms.
