Just seen the blog reported that TT are going to introduce 'new' traffic service later this year, but this will be a premium service. Can it be that so many are disatisfied with the TMC mobile and TMC\RDS systems?
Based on the TMC\ RDS issues, the x10 series mount problems. I dont expect it to be any better than their other offerings, when it doesnt work they'll blame someone else and delay fixing it.
Why dont they (TT) stick to the basics, delivering quality updated maps and accurate navigation! They could also sort out the poor after sales service at the same time! _________________ Fraserp

That would be right eh, I wonder just how many of us bought our 910's etc for the TMC facility. I certainly did. What was then going to be a one off payment of £59 has turned out to be as of as much use as tits on a bull.
Now it's going to be a premium service, does this mean that we can all return our 910's as not fit for the purpose. I chuckled when i saw this thread as nothing these days shocks me anymore with TomTom's behaviour and astute business acumen. |
