cant download database for garmin nuvi 660

I am trying to download the speed camera database from the site for my Garmin Nuvi 660.
I select Garmin from the first option, continue, and then UK-LOILoader i3, Nuvi etc from the second option.
I then click Download Database and click the Save option for file download.
A pop up box then appears with the following

Internet Explorer cannot download downloadscameras.php?idPackage=4 from www.pocketgpsworld.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later,

I have tried many times over the last couple of days and still get the same message, help on what I am doing wrong would be good

Maybe a silly question, but are you a paid-up registered member?

Yes, money has changed hands, I am paid up member, just think I am missing something very simple which is stopping me downloading

This was suggested a while ago by 7272Andy to a member having a similar problem, and it worked for him:

In IE click "Tools - Internet Options", and select the Advanced tab, scroll down to the 'Security' section and ensure that "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is not checked.

Might not solve your problem, but worth trying!

Richard,

Can you try a 'hard refresh' on the download page - hold down CTRL and press F5.

Also, can you check there are no pop-up blockers, firewall or anti-virus blocking the site? You also need to make sure javascript is enabled.

As a final suggestion, you could try using a different browser such as FireFox or Opera (both free) and if they work then you know it is a setting somewhere in Internet Explorer.

Thanks for that. Ended up downloading Firefox and got the database first time.
