TomTom v PocketGPS camera databases

I have recently lost/had stolen my TomTom Go (which was loaded with the PocketGPS camera database) and must buy a new unit. The more expensive versions of TomTom now come pre-loaded with a camera database. Can someone tell me if this is more comprehensive than PocketGPS's version or would it be better to replace the TomTom database completely with the PocketGPS one?
