Activation - is this all I need?

As haven't done this for a while, do I require anymore info to reactivate my TT? I bought a HP Ipaq 6915 with TT6 last week. The guy gave me a slip of paper that had the product code and the activation code, the software being activated 27th Nov 06 for the first time. As the thing is going back to HP for keyboard repair today and if it all gets wiped, will I be able to reactivate the program? It's all on a 2Gb SD card.
