temp cameras / mobile cameras difference ??

Anyone tell me what the difference is between mobile cameras and temp cameras ?? thought they were the same thing but as there are seperate categories for each then obviously not ??!!

It's my understanding that temp cameras are placed in roadworks etc to monitor a temporary speed limit, whereas mobile cameras are just that mobile and normally appear in the same location at different times.

Mobile sites are where mobile cameras are often located, temp cameras are often found in roadworks and can be a variety of types, only the SPECS installations have their own category, even though they are often found in roadworks - Mike
