Hi
I have just updated my MIO C710 from v3.1 to v3.2. Before the update all maps had version 2006.01. The Updater downloaded many MB's to new maps, but after the update all maps (except map for Ireland) are still version 2006.01. Is this OK?

Yes, The main reason for the upgrade was the MioMap 3.2. There was a major upgrade to the Ireland map and a smaller one to the GB map, most of the others were unchanged. Unfortunately there were problems with the new GB map, affecting postcodes. If you browse or use the search function you will find some earlier posts in this forum about the GB maps and how to resolve them.
