tomtom 5 map question

hi all and a merry xmas to all, i am new to this forum stuff but have been told you can help me so here goes. i got a nokia 9300 phone and bought tom tom 5 last year to go in it with great britain map all is working well,
my problem is i want to put a new map in of france or great britain plus ( which i am told has france and uk on is that correct ?.
my question is this when i reload tomtom it asks for the reg code is this the same code i was issued with when i bought it and if so can it be used again after so long ( i have been told that it can only be used a certain amount of time is this correct?).
also last question i have a nokia n73 can tomtom run on this phone and how do i install if it does , thanks for your help , and happy new year to you all , bigmac
