Hi all,

Just been doing a bit of holiday planning and found that Auchan (Large French supermarket chain) publish a POI database on their site!

http://www.auchan.fr/magasin/gps.asp

It's available as a PDF file, or further down the page where it says "votre fichier de coordinées" is a TomTom overlay file (.zip containing the .ov2 and .bmp) or just right click here and save the target file.

Now, why can't Brit firms do the same!

look a little harder there is a link to a txt list as well good for navman/sony users.

I tested 3 of these saturday and found Dunkerque, Calias and Boulonge stores with no problems. I was killing time before my boat home, could do with some good POI's for beer and fags in belgium now
